Occupational Challenges Class

So as I am studying for my test tomorrow over disorders and disabilities, knowing what I know, I'm going to be more worried when I'm pregnant if my child is a boy rather than a girl. and yes, I know, God will give me the greatest child, and I will love this child. But I'm human and an OT to be, I can't help but think about these things. Boys have such a higher risk of getting diagnosed with something than girls. There are more disorders that are just in boys. I can only pray that I get blessed with a healthy child.

Denise's Day

A Very Happy Birthday to Denise who turns 24 today!

She's a cool gal in my OT class! She also taught me how to play Dominos last night. Tonight some of us will be going to dinner at Cheddars, then heading out to Big Texas for some dancing! It'll be a nice break from the island and studying for our 2 exams and paper next week.

Fun Weekend!

Friday night my mom took my dad, sister, and me out for our birthdays since they all fall so close to each other. We ate at Tay Do...yum for not being homemade!

Saturday I did a lil hw, lounged around some, then Tammi and I celebrated our birthday with friends at Pappadeaux. The lobster bisque was good, but the catfish poboy was only ok. It was fun tho! and Sungjin's present was a knitted scarf! He knitted it himself...yay!!! I got a picture frame and microSD card for my DS lite from Jason and....Thanks to my awesome friends below...

I got this new fantastic toy! Now I can give my parent's camera back to them! I so excited to use it. But I have to wait til the SD card comes in bc the one that comes in the box only lets me take 4 pics! Which I used to take these 2 pictures. Thanks Anet for putting it together =)

This picture was taken right before his 29th birthday. Haha...Andrew looks a tad more mature now, but still acts as though he is 20. Boys just don't grow up!
